Attention Adults! Don't Wait

Nothing destroys a good program more quickly than waiting until the last minute to register. At some point we must decide whether to cancel a program due to lack of enrollment. Registering at the last minute may mean that the program you want has already been cancelled. Please register early!

Method of Payment

We accept cash or checks only. We do offer payment plans however, each class must be paid for prior to the fist meeting. You may mail in your signed registration WITH Payment to:

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all programs unless other arrangements have been made. Registrations are on a first come first served PAID basis.

Course Changes & Cancellations

While we try to be accurate in presenting information in the recreation brochure, some unavoidable errors or changes to the programs, fees, schedules, and other information may occur. The Bristol Recreation Department apologizes for any inconvenience resulting from these necessary adjustments. You can check the website for updates. Programs that do not meet a minimum number for registration may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified by phone and will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted before the second class meeting. There will be no charge for those who request a refund before this time. Credits can be held for one program season or returned to the individual.

We welcome all residents from the Five Town area at no extra fees. There are scholarships available for all of our classes. We can always use donations toward this fund!

NOTE: Residents outside of the Five Town district (Bristol, Starksboro, New Haven, Lincoln and Monkton) will pay an additional non-resident fee if enrolling in any program. Adult programs, $5 extra and Youth programs, $3 extra.
