You will be taken into a hypnotic trance to change the belief
that you want to smoke, and release that urge with both physical
and psychological replacements. Participants leave with a
CD to continue to listen to at home.
Fee: $25 per session (This class is co-sponsored by the
Addison County Tobacco Roundtable.)

A creative music class for children and parents that combines
singing and movement to develop music skills of rhythm and
tonality.
Fee: $50 per session (6 weeks) $25 for siblings or $10 drop
in fee $5 per sibling Instructor: Susan Salas has been teaching
music in Vermont for 8 years. In addition to her Jiggity
Jog class, Susan teaches harp & recorder lessons and performs
around the state.
Aqua Aerobics

CPR & First Aid Classes
American Heart First Aid

Learn basic skills and knowledge necessary to recognize
and provide care for injuries and sudden illness until
care arrives. A certification card will be issued upon
completion of the course.

at the Bristol Rescue Station.
Learn CPR & first aid for choking adults and children
over 1 year in age. Very hands on class. Dress comfortably.

Learn infant CPR and chocking techniques. A certification
card will be issued. Very hands on class. Dress

Learn basic skills & knowledge necessary to recognize

those 1 year through 16 years until care arrives. A certification
card will be issued upon completion of the
course.

Bristol Fitness Boot Camp
Teens & Adults Class # 2331
Jan. 12 - Feb. 18, Mon. & Wed.,
5:15-6:15pm. at Bristol Fitness.
If improved health through consistent exercise and healthy eating
is a goal of yours than, "Bristol Boot Camp " is the right class for
you. This is a group motivated exercise class that incorporates
aerobics, flexibility training, introduction to various exercise
equipment and a nutrition seminar.
Fee: $75 includes A FREE 6 week membership to Bristol
Health & Fitness. Max. 12

Dept. of Health. First timers only please!

Hip Hop Dance
Class # 2367 Ages 8-12
January 14, 21, 28 and February 4, Wed., 4:30-5:30pm
Classes will be held at 69A Mountain St. Studio.
Each class will begin with a warm up and stretch. Participants
will learn Hip Hop dance moves, combinations and routines.
Fee: $44
Instructor: Tina West has been teaching a variety of dance styles
for over 10 years.
NEW! Friday Fun & Fitness Ages 7-9
Class # 2328 March 6-April 17 (No class March 13), 3-4pm in
the Bristol Elementary Gym.
Start your weekend with FUN & FITNESS! This class will teach
you various aerobic games, using jump rope, mini -tramp, etc.
Includes basic fitness knowledge..tracking your heart rate, basic
nutrition, how to use a pedometer and more. This class is noncompetitive.
Fee: $30
(All fees collected will go directly to the Bristol Recreation
Scholarship fund.) Instructor: Jodi Lathrop
