All clay classes are held at the Bristol Clay Studio and taught by Matlak Mayforth.
Please Note: If the after school time does not fit with your child’s schedule, it is possible to switch to another day.
Enjoy getting your hands in clay! Learn new techniques, either hand-building or throwing on the wheel to create functional or non-functional pottery. Tap into your creative potential in a relaxed, supportive environment. Glazing techniques will be taught and all work fired in our kiln. Fees include glazing and firing.
Book Your Birthday Parties at the Clay Studio!
Bring your birthday guests to the studio for 1 1/2 hours of memorable clay fun. You and your friends will be given instruction and materials to allow the creation of a lasting piece of art. Party days are: Mondays and Fridays after 3:30 pm & Sunday afternoons.

On the Wheel Making Pots April Vacation Camp
Ages: 9-13 Class # 2340 April 20-24, 9:30am -Noon
In this camp you will explore the art and skills of wheel throwing and hand building. Kids will have the opportunity
to practice wedging, centering and forming pots on the wheel in a supportive, fun environment.
Fee: $80 includes clay, glazes and firing.
Kids are encouraged to bring a snack.

using a variety of colored ink.

paper in different colors and using many
plant fibers.
